Jessica graduated from Barnard College, Columbia University, with a double major in theater and psychology, where she conducted multiple studies geared towards understanding how to deconstruct harmful biases and different methods for reducing stress and anxiety after college, Jessica pivoted to the world of market research and gathered further understanding of the human psyche, but found herself drawn to the mental health field
